Magnablend, Inc. acknowledges that there are few, if any, areas of more importance than those that deal with the environment, health and safety. Magnablend, Inc. holds itself to the highest degree of accountability with regard to both awareness and compliance in these areas. Our commitment to environmental sustainability has enabled us to develop a comprehensive EHS program that integrates these issues both into the basic fundamentals of our core business and at the forefront of daily operations.

Magnablend's goal for our environmental, health and safety performance is 100% compliance.

Magnablend is committed to:

• Compliance - Achieving and maintaining compliance with federal, state and local regulations inclusive of annual reporting (e.g. Form R, Tier II, FIFRA Report, RCRA Waste Report, CAA Annual Emissions Report, etc.).

• Performance Improvement - Achieving a high standard of organization responsibility for product process stewardship with our customers.

• Conservation - Reducing waste at each of our facilities through effective waste control programs that adhere to the 4-R Philosophy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover).

• Air Quality - Improving air quality by monitoring, evaluating, reporting and controlling Magnablend's processes for minimum environmental impact.

• Wastewater Management - Magnablend facilities and processes are designed to reduce and reuse wastewater streams. Magnablend employees are trained on how to reduce wastewater and ways to continuously improve our processes.

• Environmental Release Prevention - In addition to response training for our employees, secondary containment features are integrated into our facilities in order to avoid any release of hazardous or potentially harmful chemicals into surrounding surface or groundwater.

• Continual Education - Frequent and ongoing training is a part of the Magnablend culture. In addition to fulfilling regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, IATA, etc.), we are also able to increase workplace awareness and employee value.

Being conscientious environmental stewards is imperative to the success of the company. Magnablend recognizes that there is not only an ethical responsibility to our neighbors and surrounding communities but also a moral obligation to ensure future generations will not suffer the consequences of our actions or neglect.
