• Exothermic and Endothermic Reactions
Magnablend is equipped to handle exothermic and endothermic reactions. Magnablend utilizes specialized heating and cooling equipment to ensure optimal blend temperature for our customers' liquid blends.

• Anhydrous Ammonia
We have a 12,000 gallon anhydrous ammonia tank that it utilizes for ammoniated blends. The ability to ammoniate blends helps Magnablend deliver a better product at a more economic price to our customers.

• Powder Spraying
Magnablend has spray bars mounted inside all of our ribbon blenders to deliver liquid raw material to our customers' blends. With several different spray nozzles and the ability to control the spray rate, Magnablend is able to give Magnablend customers precision accuracy and even coating of their powdered products.

• Polymer Dispersions
Magnablend has specialized equipment to disperse polymers and increase the shelf life of polymer dispersions.

• Precision Accuracy
We are able to deliver precision accuracy because we utilize load cells on numerous mixing vessels and use digital scales for filling and packaging. Along with the load cells, we also have pumps that meter the amount of liquid material being added to each blend. All blends are tracked using a batch ticket that is verified by the Magnablend operator and supervisor.
