We have extensive oil field chemical supply chain and logistics experience. Magnablend works with multiple transportation companies and has long term relationships with oil field carriers. These relationships ensure your products can be delivered to field camps or directly to the well site / location. Our strategically located facilities allow us to service the oil and gas industry quickly and efficiently. Regional blending enables Magnablend to produce and ship at lower costs, which we can pass on to the customer. Regional blending also reduces lead times to ensure the product is on location when needed.

With 30 years servicing the oil field, Magnablend has extensive experience manufacturing and tolling products designed for the industry. Our various blenders and blending techniques, ranging from small high energy dispersion blenders to large low energy blenders, allows Magnablend to make a wide range of oil field products. Magnablend capabilities include the mixing of high viscosity fluids, exothermic reactions and processing of flammable materials. Anhydrous ammonia capabilities allow for the manufacturing of concentrated ammonium salt solutions.

Magnablend offers a variety of packaging configurations. Liquids can be packaged in containers ranging from rail cars to 5 gallon buckets. We have a large returnable tote tank fleet and tote tank management is available. Dry blends can be shipped in bulk trucks, super sacks or 50 lb bags with multiple closure types and materials available.

Our custom liquid and powder manufacturing, blending and packaging services allow Magnablend customers to view us an extension of their own operations.
