Whether you are looking for a toll blender, a complete start to finish blender and packager, or something in-between, Magnablend can service your needs. We have customers who prefer to have us purchase all raw materials and packaging for their projects because of our purchasing power. Other customers want us to utilize our purchasing power for a portion of the raw materials but still provide us with a few of the raw materials and packaging. We have some customers who provide all of the raw materials and packaging for their projects.


"What type of customer service can I expect from Magnablend?"

The customer service department at Magnablend prides itself on its responsiveness. Magnablend maintains a 24 hour emergency contact number that is manned by a customer service representative. We are very familiar with hot shot shipments and have the ability to keep inventory on the floor for emergencies. Our track record is second to none. Our full time quality control inspectors and lab technicians at both our liquid and powder facilities ensure your product meets your specifications before it leaves our facility.

"Can Magnablend handle blind shipments?"

Magnablend views itself as a manufacturing and packaging extension of your operation. We regularly blind ship with our customer's name on the bill of lading.


"What type of payment terms are the most common?"

After a relationship is established, we typically move to thirty day terms. We generate your bill after the product has shipped. We can charge by the pound or the gallon. Our customer service department is very flexible and can accommodate almost any billing system.


"Does Magnablend produce its own products?"

No. Magnablend has made the decision not to develop our own proprietary products. Alternatively, we have decided to offer outstanding quality and exemplary service while safeguarding our customer's formulations with the highest level of integrity.
