Magnablend, Inc. acknowledges that there are few, if any, areas of more importance than those that deal with the environment, health and safety. Magnablend, Inc. holds itself to the highest degree of accountability with regard to both awareness and compliance in these areas. Our commitment to environmental excellence has enabled us to develop a comprehensive EHS program that integrates these issues both into the basic fundamentals of our core business and at the forefront of daily operations.

Magnablend's goal for our environmental, health and safety performance is 100% compliance.

All Magnablend employees are committed to:

• Compliance - Achieving and maintaining compliance with federal, state and local regulations inclusive of annual reporting (e.g. Form R, Tier II, FIFRA Report, RCRA Waste Report, CAA Annual Emissions Report, etc.)

• Performance Improvement - Achieving a high standard of organization responsibility for product process stewardship

• Conservation - Reducing waste at each of our facilities and adhering to the 4-R Philosophy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Recover)

• Air Quality - Improving air quality by monitoring, evaluating, reporting and controlling our processes for minimum environmental impact.

• Wastewater Management - Our facilities and processes are designed and our employees trained on how to eliminate and reuse wastewater streams.

• Environmental Release Prevention - In addition to response training, secondary containment features are at each facility in order to avoid any release of hazardous or potentially harmful chemicals into surrounding surface or groundwater.

• Continual Education - Frequent and ongoing training is a part of the Magnablend culture. In addition to fulfilling regulatory requirements (OSHA, DOT, IATA, etc.) we are also able to increase workplace awareness and employee value.

Being conscientious environmental stewards is imperative to the success of the company. However, we recognize that there is not only an ethical responsibility to our neighbors and surrounding communities but also a moral obligation to insure future generations will not suffer the consequences of our actions or neglect.
