Magnablend, Inc. is a privately held Texas corporation specializing in custom chemical manufacturing, blending, and packaging. Magnablend manufactures products based on each customer’s own formulations and specifications, but can assist in the development of new formulations as well.

The company was formed in 1979 by David Pendery, President, and Darlene Pendery, Executive Vice President. David Pendery is a 1969 graduate of Texas A&M University. Before starting the company, David gained 10 years of experience in the chemical industry while working as a sales representative and sales manager for a large chemical distributor in Dallas, Texas.

In 1993, Scott Pendery was brought on board to help manage and grow the business. Scott is a 1989 honors graduate from California State University, Chico. He is currently the Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.

Magnablend’s incredibly talented team of professionals has maintained double digit growth every year since 1993.
