Magnablend's Corporate Profile
Magnablend, Inc. is a privately held Texas corporation specializing in custom chemical manufacturing, blending, and packaging. The company was formed in 1979 by our President, David Pendery, a 1969 graduate of Texas A&M University. Before starting the company, David gained 10 years of experience in the chemical industry while working as a sales representative and sales manager for a large chemical distributor in Dallas, Texas. Magnablend manufactures products based on our customer's own formulations and specifications, but can assist in the development of new formulations as well.
Management
The management team is headed by David Pendery, founder, President, and CEO. Dave is a 1969 graduate of Texas A&M University. He started Magnablend in 1979 and managed the business by himself until 1993 when he recruited his nephew, Scott Pendery to help manage and grow the business.
Scott Pendery, a 1989 honors graduate from California State University, Chico, joined Magnablend in 1993 as Operations Manager. Scott has assembled an incredibly talented team of professionals who have helped Magnablend maintain double digit growth every year since he started with the company. Currently, Scott is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operations Officer.
