Magnablend has been blending for the specialty fertilizer industry for 30 years. Over this time we have gained extensive expertise procuring multiple commodity chemicals and manufacturing numerous agricultural chemistries. We have a thorough understanding of what is needed to support this market.

Bulk storage of raw materials, specifically anhydrous ammonia, helps Magnablend provide competitive pricing to the market. Urea, potash, nitric acid, diammonium phosphate, phosphorous and phosphoric acid are all materials that are regularly sourced and stored onsite. Suppliers must adhere to high quality standards and be approved as an acceptable source by Magnablend customers.

Magnablend produces numerous N-P-K blends, inclusive of both powder and liquid fertilizers. Magnablend has the ability to mix any powder micronutrient or chelated metal into any blend or produce various neutralizations. Magnablend has significant experience producing highly exothermic concentrated macronutrient salt solutions and have specialized equipment and cooling systems set up specifically to handle these blends. Additional capabilities include but are not limited to:

Feed Supplement
Magnablend expanded our involvement in agriculture through the animal nutrition and feed supplement industry. Dedicated production areas and manufacturing lines are in place to comply with Safe Feed/Safe Food standards. We safely and efficiently process, package, and private label multiple products for this market. Trace minerals, amino acids, antioxidants, anticaking agents, and digestibility enhancers are all routinely handled, packaged and shipped globally.
